Lucy Raymond, a broker with over 30 years' experience in the international market, is the founder and Managing Director of Lucy A. Raymond & Sons Ltd.

Lucy has held a variety of senior positions with London Market insurance and reinsurance Brokers. Her long established reputation and excellent relations with both clients and markets have been fundamental factors behind the success that the company has enjoyed since the start of its operations.

Our Account Executives are all degree educated. All but one is a native Spanish speaker. Most have at least 10 years experience in the industry, many have much more.

Our Account Executive team has a range of complementary skills including members of the team qualified in Law, Loss Adjusting, Architecture and Engineering with a number of members with the highest levels of insurance qualifications.

Our Account Executives speak to our producers in their native tongue and in this way ensure that our information is comprehensive and accurate and that the cover provided completely satisfies the clients’ requirements. The Account Executives will provide various levels of translated information as required by the underwriters and our service includes professionally fully translated documents where required.

Every producer has a designated Account Executive as well as a designated back-up, who is also fully familiar with the accounts so that when an Account Executive is not available, the handling of the account is transferred seamlessly to another team member.
